What frame do you think I should get?

Thinking of a new frame for christmas

sorry for a separate post but enyway I want a new frame and i want to go double disk and short around 990 or even 1010 wheel base I dont have disks yet and would probably want a magura/disk frame so then I can save up, buy disks and ride untill i get them so your help would be nice.

Towler's TI for 300! no front brake and no back brake lever.
cheap to get though.

Not cheap to get ? £60 a brake, £35 a lever ( or smething similar ).

And that's for magura, he wants disc which will be alot more expensive i think.
